Items are processed according to the following processing times (excluding weekends and holidays):

Most Items: 5-7 Business Days

Custom Crochet: 14-21 Business Days (or more depending on complexity)

Once items are shipped, Qutie Pie Designs is no longer responsible for any delays in transit as the item is in possession of the USPS. Shipping times are dependent on receiver's location.
